Parviz Ashtari:
Parviz Ashtari has practiced audiology since 1992. For more than 25 years, he has prescribed and fitted hearing aids.
His experience includes dispensing and verifying hearing aids, performing aural rehabilitation and providing counselling services. He is registered as a Hearing Aid Authorizer and Dispenser with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Assistive Devices Program since 2011.
His knowledge and experience allow him to deal with a wide range of hearing issues in both adults and children. Parviz has also trained and mentored many new hearing aid specialists from George Brown College. He takes considerable amounts of time to listen to his clients’ needs and concerns.
In addition to a master’s degree, Parviz has international experience in a range of audiology issues. He completed the Advanced Amplification course at Western University and has been working full time at Alpha Hearing Centre’s hearing clinic since 2011.
He is also registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists (CASLPO)
Leila Badia:
Leila has been part of the Alpha Hearing Center since 2015. She is fluent in English, Russian and Georgian. She also holds a professional background in naturopathy.
Leila understands how the stressors of hearing loss can negatively impact the clients of Alpha Hearing Centre and is passionate about assisting them.
